Using the site or placing an order means you accept these Terms.

What are these Terms?

These Terms form the binding agreement between Richard Brennan ("we") and any visitor or customer of the store ("you"). They apply to every visit and every order.

Who can shop here?

You need to be 18 or older, or acting with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and legally able to enter a binding contract under U.S. law.

What about my account?

When does an order become a contract?

When we send you the order confirmation email — not before. Your submitted order is your offer to buy; our confirmation email is our acceptance.

Can you cancel my order?

Yes, before we send the confirmation email. Common reasons we might decline an order include: the item is out of stock, a price or description was in error, the order shows signs of fraud, or the order breaches these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, you get a full refund to the original payment method.

What if the price is wrong?

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change over time. But the price you see at checkout is the price we honor for that specific order.

If a product is clearly mispriced — a typo, a decimal in the wrong spot — we may cancel the order rather than fulfill at the error, with a full refund.

How does payment work?

Payment is due at checkout through the methods offered by our payment processor. When you submit payment information, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method.

Where do I find shipping and return details?

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered in our Return and Refund Policy. Both apply to every order and are part of these Terms.

How accurate are your product descriptions?

We describe every product with reasonable accuracy. Small variations in color, texture, or measurement — from screen differences or natural materials — are normal and not treated as defects.

What can I do with your content?

You may browse the site, share product links with friends, and save pages for personal, non-commercial reference. That's it.

What requires our written consent:

• Reproducing content commercially
• Using our brand assets in your own business
• Scraping or mirroring the site
• Modifying or redistributing any portion of the site

Everything on the site — text, photos, illustrations, graphic design, code, layout, and the "Richard Brennan" name — is our property or licensed to us. U.S. copyright and trademark law applies.

What am I not allowed to do?

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent, not to attempt to compromise the site, not to transmit malware or spam, not to use bots or scrapers without permission, and not to impersonate anyone. Break these rules and access may end without warning.

Do you offer warranties?

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent U.S. law permits, we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement). But your statutory consumer rights are unaffected — those stay intact.

How much can you be liable for?

For any direct claim, our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost profits, lost data, lost time, or hypothetical damages.

Can access be ended?

Yes. We may end your access to the site at any time for any breach of these Terms.

Which laws apply?

U.S. federal law and the laws of the state in which our business is registered. Any lawsuit must be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction. Conflict-of-law principles do not apply.

Can these Terms change?

Yes. We may revise these Terms as our business or the law evolves. Revisions take effect immediately upon publication. If you keep using the site after a revision, you accept the update. Check the "Last updated" date at the bottom for the current version.
